SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Requesting that the United                                                                        
States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management                                                                     
implement an oil and gas leasing program in the coastal plain of the                                                            
Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, was read the second time.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
President Giessel stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 will                                                                     
advance to third reading on the March 4 calendar.
